- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to iterate and improve growth strategies.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing cross-sell strategies and personalized experiences.
- Strong understanding of digital products, data systems, and marketing technology integration.
- Proficiency with analytics and machine learning tools for personalization experiments.
- Minimum 5 years in consumer tech or FinTech, focusing on technical growth marketing or related areas.
