- Management of Accounts Payable functions.
- Reconcile accounts in conjunction with billing department and front desk and evaluate effectiveness of billing and revenue collection workflows.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Complete month-end close and analysis.
- Analyze financial statements and general ledger for monthly meeting with CFO to go over financials.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls for payment collections and safeguards against loss.
- Regularly review and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Maintain electronic filing system for all accounting tasks.
- Assist Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with ad hoc projects.
- Pay monthly sales & use tax for practice.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Accounting.
- Strong Accounting Skills; minimum 3-years.
- Accounts Payable skills; minimum 2 years.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Well-organized with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
