  • Management of Accounts Payable functions.
  • Reconcile accounts in conjunction with billing department and front desk and evaluate effectiveness of billing and revenue collection workflows.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Complete month-end close and analysis.
  • Analyze financial statements and general ledger for monthly meeting with CFO to go over financials.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls for payment collections and safeguards against loss.
  • Regularly review and negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Maintain electronic filing system for all accounting tasks.
  • Assist Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with ad hoc projects.
  • Pay monthly sales & use tax for practice.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business Accounting.
  • Strong Accounting Skills; minimum 3-years.
  • Accounts Payable skills; minimum 2 years.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks with strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
