- Help assess project requirements and determine the best technical solutions.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of solutions through testing and validation.
- Consulting with the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Driving the development of technical solutions, including design choices, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Up to 50% Travel
- Strong technical background in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical, automation).
- PLC programming experience
- Relay programming experience
- (IE61850) programming experience
- Experience with SCADA applications and network communications
- Experience in consulting complex technical projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Electrical distribution equipment trouble shooting skills.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
