• Location: Bemidji, MN 56601 (Northern Minnesota healthcare jobs)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1970 - $2110
• Facility Setting: 15-bed Emergency Department with 4 fast track rooms and 1 triage area
• Assignment Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract (September 22, 2025 – December 22, 2025)
• Hours: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (day, evening, night); every other to every third weekend and holiday
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:3 or 1:4
• Floating: May float to Medical-Surgical units as needed
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue

• Active Minnesota RN license (required for Minnesota nursing jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience (ED with 28,000+ annual visits; Trauma Level III or above preferred)
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC certifications required
• PALS certification preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC and Accudose systems (training provided)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively (no call requirement, never work alone)

• Implement the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document patient care
• Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting, responding to trauma and acute medical needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed to provide clinical support
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system
• Adhere to facility protocols, including badge in/out procedures
