- Lead analysis of KPIs related to retail marketing and retail media programs (ie. advertising, promotions, merchandising, brand stores) to determine ROI and opportunities for optimization:
- Partner with Sales Analyst and Omnichannel Retail Marketing teams to analyze sales lifts against programs at brand, segment and item levels
- Help build post-mortems and create holistic reports across marketing program levers, educating key stakeholders and cross-functional partners of learnings and results
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information to educate team on learnings as well as to inform recommendations
- Manage team budgets, carefully tracking, analyzing, and reporting status
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to clearly communicate plans
- Collaborate with USM and Finance to process budget shifts to and from retail media
- Analyze retailer-provided data and collaborate with Global Business insights teams at Mattel to identify and pursue new Digital Retail trends and opportunities.
- As needed, perform insights, market share, competitive analysis, etc.
- Assist in the development and execution of full year go-to-market Amazon brand plans in partnership with internal Sales, Customer Marketing, US Marketing, Media and Digital Operations teams to deliver coordinated marketing efforts to drive Amazon profitable sales growth
- Develop and maintain full-year Amazon promotional calendars for all brands
- Participate in customer business reviews by assisting with business analysis, translating findings into actionable insights, and developing impactful presentations to deliver insights-based recommendations
- Pursue new Amazon marketing activities & assist in asset/content coordination to positively impact sales, profitability and customer experience
- Assist with brand stores updates and maintenance, as well as creation of landing pages for retail media programs. Coordinate with marketing, sales and creative teams to ensure content, images, and product selection are leveraged to maximize brand presentation and sales conversion
- Support exploration and execution of beta and new-media opportunities across Amazon
- Maintain excellent relationships with key account stakeholders to influence and maximize promotional and advertising opportunities
- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience, preferably in Online Retail, eCommerce/DTC, Digital Marketing, or Business Analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing - MBA preferred
- Strong quantitative business analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Previous budget management experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail

**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
