
Technical Program Manager

- Own end-to-end program delivery for new data center infrastructure products, from concept through design, validation, manufacturing ramp, and customer delivery.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Track progress against milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders, including executives, engineers, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure alignment between engineering design teams (electrical, mechanical, controls) and manufacturing/operations on requirements and deliverables.
- Support vendor and contract manufacturer management to ensure schedule and quality targets.
- Lead program reviews, status meetings, and executive updates with clarity and accountability.
- Help define and implement best practices and tools for program management within a growing organization.
- Collects, analyzes, and monitors program metrics, progress, and performance to identify inefficiencies and implement new processes, workflows, or technology.
- Tracks and analyzes engineering program costs to ensure alignment with the budget and broader business objectives.

- Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Experience: minimum of four (4) years of experience managing complex technical or engineering programs.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
- Strong PLC (Program LifeCycle) experience with major Data Center Operator or direct vendor.
- 5+ years' experience in data center infrastructure, industrial systems, or large-scale electrical/mechanical equipment programs.
- Experience delivering for hyperscale or colocation clients, or for vendors serving them.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
- Familiarity with lean product development or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture is a plus.
- Travel %: 20%
- Standard Monday through Friday work week. Weekend/late night work if applicable.
