- Proactively identify and engage potential customers at community events and partnered retailers
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of TruConnect wireless services during the sales enrollment process
- Guide customers through the sign-up, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer activations
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all TruConnect offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
- Accurately record customer information and sales data
- Proven Wireless Sales Representative experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and sales software
- Availability to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Bilingualism (Spanish/English) is a plus
