We’re seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to operate lathes and deliver precision parts that meet exact specifications. This position is for 2nd shift only.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate manual lathes to meet quality and production goals.
  • Understand machining principles, lead error, and helix angles.
  • Inspect and measure parts for accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot machines and recommend improvements.
  • Train new operators and support team efficiency.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5 years manual lathe experience.
  • Blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
  • Tooling, feeds, speeds, and basic programming knowledge.
  • Overhead crane and forklift experience.
  • Must provide your own tools.
