This position supports the Surface Combatants and Small Ships (SC&SS) market segment, focused on the Machinery Controls Systems (MCS) on Landing Helicopter Assault (LHA) program within RMS. LHA is seeking an energetic and proactive person to join the F&BO Team. This position offers a challenging opportunity with exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic environment where the candidate should be comfortable with balancing competing priorities. Strong communication skills are required as this role interfaces with many functions with opportunities to present to senior Leaders. The Program Financial Analyst responsibilities will include overall quality and timely preparation of monthly finance deliverables to support programmatic decisions; quarterly CSR; annual CEACs; and ensuring audit readiness across all aspects of the program.WHY JOIN US

-Lead Earned Value / Program Performance reviews, including understanding key variance drivers and Estimate at Completions (EAC's) impacts at the CAM level.
-Provide guidance to Control Account Managers and assist in Control Account variance analysis.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong analytical and presentation skills.
-Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process-oriented, structured problem solver.
-Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Proficiency of Earned (EVM) principals and their application to the program including EVMS metrics & reporting experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and self-directed environmentDesired skills- Experience with Firm Fixed Price Contracts
