- Deliver engaging classroom instruction and clinical supervision in the Practical Nursing program
- Facilitate learning through simulation-based experiences (SBE) and skills laboratory instruction
- Evaluate student performance and ensure competency achievement across all learning environments
- Provide mentorship and academic support through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to coordinate clinical experiences
- Participate in curriculum development and program assessment initiatives
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited institution
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Meets state Board of Nursing faculty requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in current nursing practice
- Strong background in educational methodology
- Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite
