- Tracking Meeting Attendance: Ensure accurate attendance records for all company-wide meetings, training sessions, and events
- Agent One-on-Ones: Assist in coordinating and scheduling one-on-one meetings between agents and the Director of Training, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
- Creation of Zoom Meeting Invites: Prepare and send out Zoom meeting invitations for various training sessions and team events
- Post-Meeting Follow-ups: Organize and disseminate relevant documents and information after meetings, ensuring all team members receive necessary updates
- Coordinating Zillow Team Activities: Collaborate with our real estate agents on behalf of our Director of Training.
- General Administrative Tasks: Assist in day-to-day administrative duties, including managing calendars, answering phones, and scheduling meetings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a MUST. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
- Prior experience in real estate administration is a plus, but not required
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of professionalism, and solve problems
