  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
  • Assist with meals-cut food, encourage eating, and create a pleasant dining experience.
  • Complete and document daily care tasks; communicate with supervisors as needed.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Support planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
🎓 What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA (preferred but not required-we'll train the right person!)
  • A heart for service and a desire to make a difference every day
