The role of the Traveler and Insights Team is to uncover human and category truths that inspire great creative and help build distinctive, meaningful brands.In this role you will support Brand Measurement research, delivering insights to stakeholders to help them understand how travelers feel about our brands and communications. You will use your hands-on knowledge of marketing and research techniques to actively explore, assemble and analyze data from a range of sources, making impactful recommendations that keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will act as a strategic partner to Global Brand Marketing stakeholders, who will apply learnings to marketing, communications, creative and business strategies.What you’ll do:Support Global Brand Measurement, including Brand Health Tracking, Campaign Measurement, and Creative Evaluation programsLead and own key research projects within Brand Measurement from end to end, including identifying research needs, writing briefs, reviewing questionnaires, project and vendor management, data analysis and reportingEvaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure they resonate and connect emotionally with consumersCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Media, Brand planning, Comms planning, etc.) to develop learning agendas and measurement objectivesCraft engaging outputs to share insights across the business including to senior leadershipDemonstrate a growth mindset by staying informed about marketing and travel industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapeWho you are:Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields.Experience leading and executing quantitative primary research projects (either at a vendor or client-side)Strategic thinker and problem-solver with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsDetail oriented and highly organized with strong project management capabilitiesProactive with a self-starter mentality, strong team player and collaborative naturePassionate about understanding the consumer and driving business growthExperience in brand tracking and campaign effectiveness measurement preferredSolid understanding of media landscape and media channel measurement preferredExperience conducting research globally preferredThe total cash range for this position in Austin is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
