
MANAGER-OPS RESP THERAPY

- Operational management of the Respiratory Services department
- Recruitment and retention of respiratory care staff
- Supervision of licensed and unlicensed respiratory care staff
- Assist Director in budgetary operations of the department
- Responsible to maintain a safe and clean work environment, including unit based specific safety and infection control requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years progressive leadership or supervisory/management experience required.
- Must have effective communication and organizational skills along with computer proficiency using, word processing and database programs
- Bachelors Degree required or obtained within 6 months from date of hire or transfer.
- Current California Respiratory Care Practitioner Licensure, required.
- Current BLS certification, required upon hire; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), required.
