Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Up to $41.50/hr)
  • 2+ years of demonstrated maintenance experience with solid electrical abilities in a production setting is mandatory
  • Compensation is up to $40/hr plus an additional $1.50/hr for 2nd shift premium

You’ll report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and often work independently, necessitating a proactive and self-motivated approach. Regular overtime opportunities are available, increasing potential earnings.Key duties and responsibilities for the successful candidate include:
  • Execute preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
  • Identify and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, utilizing various testing and measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC controllers and other process equipment
  • Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to guide maintenance tasks
  • Follow ISO quality and safety protocols to contribute to a robust operational culture
Successful candidates must possess a background that includes:
  • At least 2 years of previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with a solid electrical foundation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter
  • A consistent, reliable work history (no frequent job changes)
  • US citizenship or possession of a green card
  • A residence within a reasonable commuting distance to the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin region
