Compensation: Competitive Pay + Bi-Quarterly Tool BonusJob Overview:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter, Drywaller, and Trim Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting, drywall installation/repair, and trim work, delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and taping.
- Apply paint, stain, and finishes to walls, ceilings, and trim with precision.
- Install, repair, and finish drywall, including mudding and taping.
- Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and baseboards for a polished look.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Experience in painting, drywall, and trim work (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required – we offer a bi-quarterly tool bonus!
- Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
