Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage payroll for upwards of 50 employees
Manage the Wisconsin sales and income taxes
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and reporting.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
