That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies which promote T-Fiber product growth and awareness in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU’s) and Homeowner’s Associations (HOA’s). This role is responsible for developing strategies and business cases for T-Fiber sales initiatives, MDU/HOA product and process changes, factoring in market dynamics, consumer patterns, competitive actions, retailer/channel conflict, etc. The Sr Commercial Marketing Manager will work with multiple internal and external groups such as Build Partners, Sales Channel Leads, Market Intelligence, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Operations to define and execute strategic vision for the MDU and HOA segments. Lead the discovery phase for new opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership. This is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative professional to identify new solutions and carry out projects in a large supported environment with a targeted focus on hitting penetration targets in the MDU and HOA space.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement T-Mobile strategies to continuously improve the customer experience and drive subscriber and revenue growth.Drive strategy and high-level business rationale - market/product/brand fit, etc. and own growth opportunities in MDU/HOA segments and tailoring go-to-market plans accordinglyDefine target, value prop and reason to believe requirements – lead creation of and prioritizing use cases to deliver on strategy. Collaborate with partner wholesale providers to tailor solutions that align with MDU/HOA needsDevelop strategy using data analytics and customer/business insights to clearly articulate the market opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership on path forward.Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure plans and forecasts align with segment growth targetsManage multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.Manages business performance including tracking of results, preparing contingencies and developing iterations of the plan in a competitive environment. Leads forecasting and planning cycles to ensure target attainment in key segmentsMay lead/mentor less experienced peers.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent related work experience.7 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, business development, or community engagement, with at least 4 years telecommunications, MDU, or fiber sales.Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.Proven success in local market development in Broadband industry to drive market success.Expertise in overseeing market intelligence, playbook development, and go-to-market strategies for accelerated penetration.Ability to collaborate with sales and field marketing leaders to develop sales enablement tools that drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability across private properties and multiple product categories.Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making to drive business performance.Financial acumen with knowledge of ROI drivers, forecasting, and budgeting to manage financial objectives.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to Director Level.Experience in the Residential Broadband Category (Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.) preferredAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel: 30%Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
