- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, operational, and business roles, from creating job postings to closing offers.
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong candidate pipelines, leveraging direct outreach, job boards, career fairs, internship programs, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, and drive effective hiring decisions.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring an efficient, positive candidate experience.
- Represent Realta Fusion at job fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to attract diverse talent.
- Coordinate with hiring manager and lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires to ensure a seamless and engaging transition into Realta Fusion.
- Develop and continuously improve onboarding materials, checklists, and schedules to enhance employee readiness and integration.
- Coordinate and lead onboarding activities across IT, facilities, and hiring teams to ensure day-one readiness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and team events.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation and employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance review processes, goal setting, and development planning.
- Support employee learning and development initiatives in collaboration with employee line managers. Identify training needs, create and coordinate training sessions, and assist employees in accessing development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Coordinate benefits administration activities in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and job description maintenance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance HR systems, workflows, and employee experience.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, plus 5+ years of HR generalist and/or recruiting experience. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Recruiting & Onboarding Skills: Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment processes and leading effective onboarding programs.
- HR Generalist Skills: Broad knowledge of HR functions including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and public presentation) to partner effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Initiative: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal oversight.
- Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for job fairs and recruitment events.
