The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects. This role assists in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, while helping track resources, schedules, and project progress.
  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects.
  • Assist with developing and updating project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Track progress, risks, and quality metrics, escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain clear communication.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with healthcare requirements.
  • Manage meeting notes, RFIs, change orders, and other project records.
  • Help enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance on all job sites.
  • Contribute to project closeout, including punch lists and handover documentation.

  • Experience supporting both groud up and interior healthcare construction
  • Prior expereince working with a General Contractor.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.
  • Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Eager to grow project management skills and take on responsibility.
