- Hunt down new business with relentless focus — cold calls, warm leads, and white-glove referrals.
- Build, negotiate, and close freight quotes like a true closer.
- Manage full-cycle relationships: from first hello to final delivery and everything in between.
- Team up with ops to ensure flawless quoting, carrier coordination, and execution.
- Stay sharp with cold chain trends — know the market, own the lane.
- Travel 10–15% to shake hands, build loyalty, and keep competitors sweating.
- 3+ years in 3PL or asset-based sales (LTL + cold chain = 🔥 bonus points).
- A book of business? Even better. A proven one? You're our VIP.
- Track record managing portfolios worth $2MM+.
- Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel pros, we see you).
- Hustle, negotiation chops, and top-tier communication.
- HS diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred or Experience Equivalent.
