Test Technician(Multiple Levels & Shifts Available)Actalent is seeking Test Technicians to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in Lancaster, PA.Multiple openings are available across 2nd and 3rd shifts, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced candidates.Technicians will be responsible for testing electronic boards and assemblies to ensure products meet client specifications.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional testing on electronic boards and assemblies.
  • Troubleshoot and verify product performance against technical specifications.
  • Document test results and escalate issues as needed.
  • Work independently, particularly during off-shift hours.
  • Participate in initial training on 1st shift prior to transitioning to assigned shift.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronicsorequivalent Military Electronics Experience.
  • Strong experience in electronics.
  • Troubleshooting to the component level.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with avionics or military electronics programs.
  • Familiarity with cross-functional testing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Shift Schedules2nd Shift (9/80 Schedule):
  • Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Every other Friday off
3rd Shift (9/80 Schedule):
  • Sunday – Wednesday: 10:30 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Every other Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation
  • $22.50 – $30/hr (based on years of experience)
