- Prepare Danishes, muffins, croissants, cookies, brownies and breads.
- Responsible for baking employee desserts.
- Relieve helpers on their days off.
- Report low supplies to Pastry Chef/Asst. Pastry Chef.
- Clean bakery as needed
- Follow the principles of serve safe and participates in safe knife handling training
- Work closely with other culinary staff
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Execute basic bakery production (i.e. breads, cakes, pies).
