You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Responsible for preparing all breakfast pastries, desserts and breads on a daily basis. Ensures all work areas are kept in a neat, clean and orderly condition according to federal health policies and standards.Essential job responsibilities:
  • Prepare Danishes, muffins, croissants, cookies, brownies and breads.
  • Responsible for baking employee desserts.
  • Relieve helpers on their days off.
  • Report low supplies to Pastry Chef/Asst. Pastry Chef.
  • Clean bakery as needed
  • Follow the principles of serve safe and participates in safe knife handling training
  • Work closely with other culinary staff
  • Any other job-related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
  • Execute basic bakery production (i.e. breads, cakes, pies).
The expected pay range is $19.00/hr - $22.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
