
Product Owner - Digital E-Commerce Solutions

- Prioritize work, manage the product backlog, and assess value for inbound requests
- Collaborate with agile development teams to meet unique customer needs
- Coordinate with other Product Owners to manage dependencies and improve processes
- Ensure user stories are clearly defined and implemented accurately
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to meet business goals
- Participate in roadmapping and strategic planning with stakeholders
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Authorized to work in the United States as a United States Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to commute to and work out of our Irving, TX or Broomfield, CO location daily
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital technologies
- Proven experience in Agile environments (SAFe methodology a plus)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the (electric) distribution industry
- Knowledge of UX design principles
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- A collaborative team player who thrives in agile, distributed environments
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Organized and conceptual thinker with a knack for writing clear user stories
- A proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
