Job Description:Are you interested in joining a dynamic team? Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Business Resiliency's mission is to enable and continuously improve our businesses' ability to provide key products and services to our customers in the event of a disruption. The team partners with business stakeholders to develop their Resiliency Plans, test and execute their Recovery Strategies, and support them through real life disruptions.As the Business Resiliency (BR) Strategy Manager in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB), you will support high profile, strategic initiatives designed to mitigate business disruptions. This role will require engagement with, and provide exposure to, Senior (CCB) leaders and executives. Sample strategic initiatives include the analysis and reporting of concentrated geographic resources and the examination and prioritization of risks posed by the use of Third Party service providers. This role requires a high performer with an eye for detail who works well with others. The (BR) Strategy Lead will report to the (BR) Strategy Program Director and is expected to be a culture carrier who challenges, supports and develop others in an inclusive team environment.Job responsibilities:
  • Identify and lead efforts to uplift CCB's Business Resiliency capabilities (example: enhancing and testing Recovery Strategies)
  • Manage and report on team's involvement and responses to regulatory actions (e.g., Matters Requiring Attention (MRA)
  • Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks from Third Party suppliers and externally hosted applications
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Support the team with decision management, prioritization, and execution
  • Track and report progress on the team's strategic initiatives to Senior Executives
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Strong executive presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Effective project management skills and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA or MS Project)
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Operations, Business Resiliency, Banking, horizontal function supporting multiple lines of business, or Regulated Environment)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 3 plus years' experience in Business Resiliency or Operational Resiliency;
  • Proven success in supporting a cross functional team and managing effective relationships at multiple levels
  • Synthesize complex topics or data into meaningful messages
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of program/project initiatives at JPMC
  • Work autonomously and provide feedback and escalations in a prioritized manner
