
Territory Sales Manager

- Drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and other commercial and residential stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular contact, field visits, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including production, customer service, and leadership to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer engagement using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Attend regional trade shows, builder events, and industry networking functions as needed.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for product innovation or improvement
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or related industries
- Demonstrated success in business development and managing a territory with measurable results.
- Experience selling to the architectural and builder communities is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM platforms
