Success in this role means you are able to develop, implement and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments across various classified programs. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and create end-to-end solutions to solve complex IT infrastructure problems.Job Summary:This position primary responsibilities are providing Tier II support of maintaining large Enterprise environment. Multiple Microsoft based networks spanning multiple security enclaves within a hybrid (Windows & RHEL) environment.Responsibilities to Anticipate:System Administrative Advisory duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical.Troubleshooting application functionality, crash, and performanceInvestigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experienceAssist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and windows applicationsProvide remote end user desktop supportIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutionsResponds to escalated service desk/team requestsCommunicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals, work well within small and large team environmentsWillingness to provide initial triage, response, and notifications for incidentsParticipates in special projects as requiredWork on site at a customer locationBasic Qualifications:Typically requires bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s degree and minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience.Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.
