Job Summary
- Analyze business processes and develop, document and deliver end-to-end SAP processes and systems solutions as part of the IT delivery team. Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience. Complete technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Collaborate with functional team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and adhere to needed quality. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Share knowledge of risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design SAP solutions to ensure alignment to ADM software development lifecycle standards & practices.
- Ensure proper utilization of defined ADM Enterprise Architecture standards and principles.
- Adhere to design development strategies, IT General Controls and SOX Controls.
- Collaborate with Architects, Development Teams, and project leaders to ensure development processes and policies are followed.
- Maintain partnership with 3rd party vendors to guide their teams on ADM development processes and policies.
- Provide feedback for development process improvement.
- Provide peer leadership and guidance to coach, and mentor junior developers on SAP best practices. Influence team members to ensure proper training with the latest technology changes in SAP
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience with SAP application development or a related occupation.
- 6 years of experience performing SAP ABAP development on transformation projects;
- 2 years of experience with SAP S/4 HANA; SAP EWM; SAP TM;
- Experience with at least 2 END-TO-END SAP full lifecycle implementations, with at least 1 being from inception to implementation
- Experience providing production support in a large/mid-size SAP application environment;
- Experience to collaborate, build and support in SAP integration environments.
- Experience in SAP Interfaces, Flex workflows, SAP BRF+, SAP Adobe Forms, oData and Fiori;
- Experience in building and delivering production support outcomes to meet service level agreements;
- Experience working in an Agile environment;
- Experience performing application development, testing, integration, and implementing DevOps principles and best practices with center of excellence.
- Good Communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- SAP P2D and TM development experience is a Plus
- Certification - SAP/S4 certification is a Plus.
