- Tax reporting (legal entity valuation) utilizing the Income, Market, or Cost approaches; OR
- Corporate finance work experience, including all of the following: Capital allocation diagnostics, analyses, and advice; Quantifying the value impact of various strategic alternatives; Performing strategic portfolio reviews; and Assisting clients with forecasting and scenario planning.Must have 3 years of experience working in one or a combination of any of the following:
- Business valuation firm or practice;
- Venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, or national valuation firm; and/or
