- Work closely with Marketing Project Managers, Regional Managers and Business Development Directors to execute marketing strategy and maintain consistent branding across the organization
- Generate creative ideas for company events, customer appreciation initiatives, philanthropic endeavors and tradeshows
- Manage event planning process from concept to execution (research, contracts, guest lists, venue preparation, catering, equipment, marketing materials, etc.)
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design and maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, proposals, sell sheets, fliers, email blasts, etc
- Assist Marketing Manager with developing social media strategy
- Create social media content, manage campaigns and maintain accounts, primarily LinkedIn
- Attend project kick-off events and visit job sites to take photos as needed
- Design and order event marketing materials (giveaways, promotional items, corporate apparel, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Understand and support our company’s values, brand and business development goals
- Take a lead role in upholding and developing our work hard/play hard company culture
- 2-6 years of professional marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related degree preferred
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Premiere Pro a plus!
- Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, Pardot or similar marketing automation software.
- Excellent written communication skills; strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Must thrive in a self-directed and fast paced environment. Be proactive in anticipation of business needs.
- Availability to work in-office full time.
- Construction or Engineering industry experience preferred but not required.
