The Sr Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the supply chain, including ERP/RFS system implementation and support, S&OP and production planning, inventory management, and the execution of goods and services. This role plays a key part in aligning supply chain strategies with overall business goals to ensure operational excellence and scalability.An experienced, self-directed leader, the Sr. Supply Chain Manager will design and execute a strategic vision for a high-performing supply chain organization. They will apply industry best practices, foster team development, and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives to support Milwaukee Tool’s continued growth.Success in this role requires deep expertise in ERP systems, a strategic mindset, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills—all grounded in lean thinking and continuous improvement principles.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Act as a champion of supply chain ERP/RFS tools and methodologies; serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and system super userOptimize ERP system uses to enhance operational efficiency and maintain data integrityLead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) processes to develop a cohesive production plan that supports budgetary goalsConduct risk assessments and implement recovery strategies to mitigate supply and capacity risksDevelop and reinforce inventory management and control practicesCycle Counting complianceManage slow-moving and obsolete inventory with a focus on reduction and preventionPartner on new product introductions to ensure supply chain readiness from engineering builds to mass productionDrive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions based on monthly KPIs and secondary metricsEstablish and refine best practice processes, with an emphasis on lean methodology and continuous improvementProvide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to supply chain teamWhat TOOLS you’ll bring with you:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field8–10 years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environmentAt least 2 years of leadership experience, managing teams or cross-functional initiativesStrong background in S&OP, production planning, and new product developmentDeep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodsProven experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Access)Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other enterprise-level process improvement initiativesOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:APICS or related supply chain certificationAt Milwaukee Tool, we're invested in your well-being.
