- Proactively contact inbound leads (no cold calling) provided by marketing and trade shows.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business, production goals, space limitations, and budget.
- Conduct in-person and virtual equipment demonstrations, showing the benefits of company equipment.
- Customize solutions to fit customer needs, emphasizing ROI, quality, and ease of use.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, ensuring accurate pricing within approved ranges.
- Manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce (CRM), keeping all data up to date.
- Handle objections professionally and guide customers through the buying process.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers, understanding that sales can take weeks to months.
- Provide continuous follow-up, nurturing leads through multiple touchpoints until they are ready to purchase.
- Track all interactions and progress, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow Inside Sales team members to achieve team goals.
- Partner with Service and Operations to ensure customer needs are fully understood before, during, and after the sale.
- Work with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
- Attend trade shows (domestic and international), conduct demonstrations, and generate leads.
- Educate prospects on tortilla and dough-making processes, helping them understand how our machines fit into their operations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through machine capabilities, maintenance, and operational best practices.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required you will regularly work with Spanish-speaking customers.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items ($10k+) and long sales cycles.
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM software).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills you can convey complex information clearly and confidently.
- Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
