As part of our Global Procurement team you’ll play a key role in building iconic experiences across our portfolio of world-class resorts. We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager – Food & Beverage OS&E (operational supplies and equipment) to drive procurement activities across new developments and large capital projects, partnering with stakeholders in operations, sourcing, and with suppliers to deliver category strategies, execute competitive sourcing events, and ensure timely, cost-effective implementation that balances strategic negotiations with hands-on project execution.THE DAY-TO-DAY:Lead sourcing and procurement activities for F&B OS&E on new developments, acquisitions, and capital projects.Prepare and validate initial OS&E project budgets, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop and manage RFPs and RFQs, including supplier identification and negotiations.Oversee purchase order creation, expediting, delivery, receiving, distribution, and installation processes.Implement corporate programs locally, and onboard new acquisitions into enterprise sourcing initiatives.Partner closely with property operations, Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Purchasing, and PMO to drive successful outcomes.Ensure compliance with contracting, DCIP processes, and company standards.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ Years of prior relevant experience in procurementDemonstrated experience managing bid processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and negotiating supplier agreements.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.THE PERKS & BENEFITS:Prioritize your wellness, access programs crafted to nurture your mental and physical health.Enjoy unbeatable discounts on hotel stays, dining, retail, entertainment, and exclusive partner perks for travel, tech, and beyond!Savor delicious meals for free in our employee dining room.Park with ease—whether you're on or off shift, it's free!From healthcare to financial support and generous time-off options, we’ve got you covered.Elevate your career with development programs, connect through networking events, and make a difference with community volunteer opportunities.VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
