Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Range: $65,000 – $75,000/year. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Why Join Us:

- Oversee day-to-day operation of FLO lobby bar and the resort’s beverage program across all resort bars, dining venues, and event spaces.
- Develop and manage beer, cocktail, and non-alcoholic beverage menus in collaboration with outlet managers, assistant Director of F&B, and the Director of F&B.
- Monitor beverage cost controls, labor, inventory, and ordering processes to ensure profitability and quality.
- Work with procurement on vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring availability of high-quality products.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws and licensing requirements.
- Implement beverage training programs for bartenders and servers to elevate product knowledge and service standards.
- Partner with culinary and events teams to design pairings, specialty menus, and signature offerings for events and promotions.
- Support operational needs across outlets during high-volume periods, special events, or holidays.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards for all beverage areas and equipment.
- Lead and inspire bar teams to deliver exceptional service aligned with resort values and guest expectations.
- Assist with guest interaction and service recovery for beverage-related concerns.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to enhance beverage programming and elevate guest satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in food & beverage or hospitality operations with a focus on beverage management.
- Prior leadership experience in a luxury resort, fine dining, or multi-outlet setting strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, mixology, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage trends.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and cost controls.
- ServSafe Alcohol and TIPS certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
