Your RoleRegulatory Manager will be responsible for leading the quality assurance and compliance of applicable regulations within the Coastal Chemical business. Individual assigned to this position will plan, execute, measure and follow-up in all areas of designated responsibility to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work completion; will follow direction and support company goals and objectives and will complete other responsibilities as designated by management and will manage a team of regulatory personnel to achieve these objectives.Responsible for:
  • Company compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
  • Publication and review of all Safety Data Sheets.
  • Acceptance of customer specifications.
  • Completion of 3rd party audits involving BSI business needs.
  • Completion of customer surveys and questionnaires.
  • Providing technical information on products to customers and company personnel.
  • Completion of customer surveys, questionnaires and resolution of complaints.
  • Direct oversight responsibility for ISO programs and overall ISO management.
Your ProfileTECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Must have strong background in the chemical industry and have an adequate understanding of analytical tests and procedures.
  • Must be current on all regulations and legislation for which the department is responsible.
  • Should have comprehensive knowledge of the used of various products sold.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • Must be able to communicate in clear and concise manner both orally and in writing on the company’s technical service operations.
ANALYTICAL SKILLS
  • Must be able to define technical service problems and analyze feasible solutions to provide the company or its customer with satisfactory technical solutions
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry a requirement.
  • Certified GMP Auditor a plus (on the job certification will be offered).
