
Commercial Sales Director- Kroger & Alt Channels

- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team across Kroger, Home Improvement, Military, International, and Closeout channels, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Own the development and execution of strategic plans that align brand, category, shopper, and e-commerce priorities with Henkel's North Star Ambition.
- Drive annual and long-range planning across all Henkel categories, both internally and with external partners, to deliver sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Development, Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain to achieve business KPIs and unlock new opportunities.
- Develop and implement customer-specific shopper and digital commerce strategies to increase conversion across the path to purchase.
- Partner with digital and content teams to enhance PDP performance, improve retail media ROI, and optimize digital shelf execution.
- Leverage data tools such as 84.51°, IRI, TRG, and internal analytics to craft compelling, fact-based selling stories that elevate Henkel's category performance.
- Work closely with NRM and sales finance to evaluate ROI, test business scenarios, and support investment decisions through Henkel's forecast process.
- Deliver successful joint business plans and present Kroger/Alternative Channel strategies and performance updates to Henkel senior leadership and cross-functional teams on a monthly basis.
- 10+ years of experience in CPG sales, with at least 1 year in a Director-level role.
- Proven strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a track record of delivering results.
- Deep understanding of grocery retail, especially Kroger, and familiarity with shopper card data and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and navigating dynamic retail environments
