Extraordinary Events Delivered with It’s My Party Rentals!Position OverviewWe are seeking a remote Order Entry Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role is responsible for accurately processing rental orders, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and supporting our team to deliver events without a hitch.ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter customer rental orders into the system.Verify order details, pricing, and availability of rental items.Communicate with customers to confirm orders and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.Maintain accurate records of orders and customer information.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.Support billing, adjustments, and order changes when needed.QualificationsPrior experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Proficient with Microsoft Office and order management systems.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.Work ScheduleWeekdays and weekends, depending on event scheduleMust be available during peak event seasons (spring, summer, holidays)Some physical work required (light lifting, moving items)Salary & BenefitsSalary Range: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)Benefits:Flexible remote work schedulePaid training and ongoing developmentPerformance-based incentivesOpportunities for career growthSupportive team environmentEmployee discounts on rentalsWhy Join It’s My Party Rentals?We’re not just renting tents and tables—we’re helping our customers create memories.
