NIGHT SHIFT - Can be EITHER 7pm-7am OR 11pm-11am. May occasionally work the 4 additional hours for a full 40 hours. Will have to work weekends and holidays.
Job Description
- Administers nursing care within scope of practice as set forth in Division (F) of Section 4723.01 of Ohio Revised Code under direction of registered nurse, licensed physician, dentist, podiatrist, optometrist or chiropractor.
- Maintains medication accountability records, observes, documents & reports patient conditions, and prepares &/or maintains related reports & records.
- Provides general nursing, direct care &/or programming assistance, including taking patient vital signs and assisting with personal grooming.
- Provides assistance to lower-level direct care staff in providing general unskilled nursing care.
- Orders medication & medical supplies, cleans nurses station and performs clerical tasks.
- Submissions must include: Resume, Cover Letter, RTR Healthcare-professional level CPR certification, Ohio License.
- If missing any documents the bid will be rejected.
- Submissions over the max budgeted bill rate will be rejected.
- Valid Ohio License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
