- Lead in the creation of marketing data dashboards to provide accurate measurements in campaign/channel attribution for the Women’s Summits
- Build and maintain accurate data processes including lead scoring, KPIs, and target tracking
- Own key audience lists per asset class
- Drive analysis of funnel performance and channels to influence marketing efforts
- Ensure marketing channels are optimized across all platforms/technologies
- Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive SEO strategy
- Maintain, update and optimize integration of Bizzabo, Pardot, Salesforce, and Swapcard platforms
- Lead initiatives to understand behaviors and purchasing patterns of various personas
- Guide web team in optimizing websites based on persona and behavior requirements
- Translate data insights on user behavior by persona, channel and journeys into actionable improvements across all marketing channels
- Lead development of streamlined processes between marketing, sales and investor relations functions
- Establish optimal processes, handoff protocols and communication workflows between departments to ensure seamless collaboration across global teams and stakeholders
- Support Audience Data Analysis in maintaining an accurate and structured database of relevant contacts for the Women’s Summits.
- Experience of working in a marketing automation or strategic marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced business environment
- Proven experience of mapping customer journeys across channels and using findings to develop marketing strategies
- Experience of implementing automated marketing programs, including writing engaging marketing copy, using user behavior to update and amend campaigns, and reporting back on successes.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms as well as marketing tools such as Pardot or Hootesuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritize work and adapt to competing demands and deadlines
- Organized approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills – able to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions to be able to present data issues and contribute to their resolution
- Demonstrates resilience and remain calm under pressure, particularly when dealing with difficult situations
- Can work well with minimal supervision, within defined parameters, demonstrating initiative and the ability to be proactive
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
