
Manufacturing Engineer II

- Lead small-scale engineering projects (under $100K) from concept to implementation, securing buy-in from senior engineers.
- Independently resolve production issues using expertise in one or more technical disciplines.
- Develop and execute testing protocols with input from team members.
- Define quality expectations and implement QA procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
- Create and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, QA matrices, bills of materials, and production procedures for specific products or activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Strong project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience in one or more technical disciplines: Rubber, Fabrication, Forming, Coatings, Castings, Machining.
