- Market and lease available apartments in full compliance with fair housing laws.
- Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents.
- Collect and deposit rent, late fees, and deposits using Onesite software.
- Screen and qualify prospective residents.
- Bid and negotiate service contracts, procure building supplies, manage maintenance staff, and vendor relationships.
- Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure completion of maintenance and repairs, oversee general cleaning of the building and grounds.
- Minimum of two years of multi-family property management experience and one year of management experience.
- LIHTC experience preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills, OneSite experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to empathize with residents and staff while enforcing community rules and policies.
- Strong communication ability, both verbally and in writing.
