
Controls Engineer

- Design and develop control systems and electrical panels.
- Program PLCs and HMIs, primarily using Rockwell Automation platforms.
- Integrate instrumentation and control components.
- Provide on-site startup and commissioning support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in custom automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, especially Allen-Bradley systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical design, controls engineering, and instrumentation.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and/or EPlan.
- Familiarity with Ignition or Wonderware SCADA platforms.
