- Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. Perform expert-level plumbing installations and repairs.
- Review and communicate to client work being performed.
- Timely and accurate documentation of all work.
- Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
- Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly to eliminate unnecessary callbacks.
- Ensure service vehicle is clean and fully stocked with required inventory.
- Valid Connecticut P2 Plumber license minimum required. Position no available to apprentice plumbers
- Min.5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to represent the company with professionalism
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction
