clients, and senior leadership, the Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting operational
excellence, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement and business
development efforts. Responsibilities:● Lead the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects.● Perform building envelope assessments, including site investigations, field testing, and forensic analysis.● Prepare detailed technical reports, design documents, and recommendations for remediation.
● Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk
management strategies.
● Coordinate and communicate with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to align
objectives, manage expectations, and ensure project requirements are met.
● Monitor project progress and performance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and financials to identify
variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
● Review architectural and structural plans for compliance with building envelope best practices and industry standards.● Conduct water infiltration testing, infrared thermography, air leakage testing, and other diagnostics.
● Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear, organized documentation and
reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
● Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices in
project execution and team collaboration.
● Support business development activities including proposal development, scope definition, and client
presentations.
● Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to project management
processes, tools, and workflows.
● Other duties may be assigned Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a
related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.
● 7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably within engineering, or
construction industries.
● Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, and high-impact projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
● Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar, and Microsoft
Office Suite.
● In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and regulatory
compliance.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams
and influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Experience managing project financials, contracts, and vendor relationships.
● Ability to travel to job sites and regional offices as needed.
● Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a matrixed or
decentralized organization. Travel Requirements:● This position does require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 40%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events.
