What You'll Do:We’re looking for a FA IV - Project Lead to join our Corporate Finance team! This is a hybrid role managing local projects from a financial perspective while providing crucial forecasting support for both local and enterprise-level projects. The Project Lead is the central point for a clear, consolidated financial view of our project portfolio.Beyond traditional financial management, this role will be responsible for standing up new processes to improve forecasting accuracy. You'll help build the foundational elements—like templates and business unit interaction models—that will ensure everyone understands their role in the forecasting process, creating a more cohesive and accurate financial view.
  • Pipeline Reporting & Consolidation: Own the preparation and reporting for the entire project pipeline across all phases. This includes consolidating forecasting data from Senior Project Leads and integrating execution data from Project Value Analysts to provide a complete view.
  • Process Development & Implementation: Lead the creation and initial implementation of minimum viable processes and templates for large-scale projects. Partner with business units, Senior Project Leads, and Project Value Analysts to establish clear roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate, consistent forecasting.
  • Local Project Leadership: Act as the financial project lead for smaller, localized initiatives, developing business cases and offering financial oversight.
  • Local Project Forecasting: Manage and update the financial forecasts for all local projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Broad Project Forecasting: Consolidate high-level financial forecasts from the broader projects being managed by the Senior Project Leads.

  • Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science, finance or related field with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and forecasting methods
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Approach emphasizing building efficient, scalable workflows
  • Highly collaborative and communicative, able to negotiate outcomes with diverse collaborators and ensure clear understanding of financial processes
  • Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet modeling
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $81900 - $132000 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
