We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative healthcare team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Florida. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in one of Florida's most respected healthcare organizations.Position Summary: As the LCSW, you will conduct initial evaluations, provide psychotherapy, and offer behavioral management to residents in long-term care and nursing facilities. You will collaborate with an assigned Psychologist and/or Psychiatrist/PMHNP at each facility to ensure continuity of care, with a focus on both psychological and psychopharmacological treatment.What We Offer: We are committed to supporting our clinicians with a positive and rewarding work environment, offering:

Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions
  • Provide evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
  • Collaborate with prescribers to manage patient care
  • Maintain comprehensive, timely documentation in EHR
  • Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population
  • Travel to multiple facilities within your assigned territory
Required Qualifications:
  • Current LCSW
  • Active, unencumbered Georgia license
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT)
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid Georgia driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make independent decisions within a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
