Investec 2025 Summer Internship in Energy & Infrastructure Finance- New YorkDeadline to apply: Wednesday 24th September 2025.Investec invites ambitious undergraduate and graduate students to apply for our dynamic Energy and Infrastructure Finance (EIF) 10-week Summer Internship Program in New York City, running from June to August 2026. Open to those who will be entering their final year of study in Fall 2026 in undergrad or graduate programs that are studying business, engineering, and humanities.This program is designed to provide students with a challenging, meaningful, and supportive internship experience that replicates, as closely as possible, the experience of being a full-time EIF Analyst. Over the course of the summer, EIF interns can expect to:
  • Assist in pitching, structuring, executing, and monitoring transactions
  • Conduct credit analysis and review due diligence materials
  • Learn comprehensive debt financial modelling
  • Explore our global operations, focusing on the US, UK, and South Africa
  • Engage with senior leaders and immerse in Investec's culture
Group Overview:Energy and Infrastructure Finance North America provides debt financing for the construction and operation of large infrastructure projects. In North America, EIF has arranged and syndicated more than US$11bn of financing in the past 3 years across various sectors including renewable energy, energy transition (e.g. battery storage), conventional power, midstream infrastructure, and digital infrastructure (e.g. data centres).We are Looking For:
