As part of this transformation, we're seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.Job DescriptionSenior Analyst, Business Support - Walmart Data VenturesWe are seeking a Sr Analyst, Business Support to join Data Ventures Support team. This team is critical to enhancing first-contact resolution on complex user issues-focusing on data quality, custom datasets, and analytic inquiries that require deep business context and platform fluency.As a Sr Analyst, you'll be the first line of high-impact, business-savvy product support for DV's most strategic clients. Your work will directly influence CSAT, ticket resolution speed, renewal conversion, and overall platform adoption.What You'll DoResolve Complex Support Requests: Act as the first point of resolution for DV clients on Data Feeds, Report Builder DQ, and analytic inquiries. Leverage direct access to DV platforms, data sources, and tooling to resolve issues without unnecessary escalation.Translate and Triage: Distill technical issues into actionable, business-language summaries that guide clients and downstream support teams. Proactively route tickets when appropriate with complete context and clear problem statements.Stakeholder Enablement: Serve as a liaison between clients, product teams, and engineers-bringing the voice of the client back into product development, support model design, and roadmap insights.Metrics Ownership: Track and report on key operational KPIs including Time to Resolution (TTR), First Contact Resolution (FCR), Escalation Rates, and CSAT across your case portfolio.Ideal Background2-4 years of experience in a support, operations, or business analytics role-ideally within retail, CPG, or data platform environments.Proven fluency in data concepts, dashboarding/reporting tools, and customer support technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce).Prior exposure to DV platforms (Scintilla, Volt), supplier workflows, or Walmart systems preferred.Experience writing support documentation or enablement guides is a plus.Familiarity with SQL, MongoDB Compass, or Swagger is beneficial.Completion (or near completion) of NWACC Certified Retail Analyst Program.Key CompetenciesStrong business acumen and the ability to connect technical product issues to client impact.Exceptional written and verbal communication-especially in simplifying complex topics.Ownership mindset with high attention to detail, urgency, and follow-through.Collaborative approach; comfort operating cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Ops.Curiosity and growth mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve both tools and processes.This role is expected to be in-person at one of the following corporate offices:
