  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or technical operations role.
  • 3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (Python, R, Java, C++).
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in the analytics space (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, etc.).
  • Experience with code development lifecycle and working with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
  • Knowledge of YouTube creator ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present complex technical solutions and business recommendations to executive stakeholders.
About the jobThe YouTube Business Go-to-Market (GTM) Solutions team is responsible for driving all Go-To-Market functions for the YouTube Business organization, including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team is also responsible for shaping Go-to-Market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, building excellent Go-to-Market infrastructure (e.g., data infrastructure, insights reports, decision making models, dashboards).In this role, you will work closely with other teams within GTM such as YouTube Product Activation, as well as YouTube Product and Data Science teams, in order to drive and deliver the most actionable goals and opportunities for our managers and their partners.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead development (e.g., defining technical requirements, business logic modeling, and execution in code base) that drives goal achievement for product areas.
  • Act as a thought leader in the creation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goals, YouTube opportunities, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development for the product areas (e.g., Ads business generation).
  • Make business recommendations on OKR goal setting and related modeling methodologies using effective presentation skills and conveying findings at multiple levels.
  • Navigate YouTube’s data warehouse to access and work with all domain specific related data via SQL and other query languages.
  • Partner with technical teams to develop models needed to build out intelligent opportunities for strategic partner managers.
