You’ll educate clients, build trust, and help them take the next step toward financial security.Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and connect with leads through referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
Educate clients on life insurance products including term, whole, and universal life options
Conduct personalized policy reviews and needs assessments
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Maintain regular contact and build long-term relationships with policyholders
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

Prior sales or customer service experience in Life Insurance
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and drive
Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools
